Reception
Applications for Reception class are managed by the local authority (London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham). The criteria are:
- children who have a priority need
- siblings
- distance
Children start in Reception in September when they become 5 years old between 1st September of that year and the 31st August of the following year.
Parents and Carers must apply through eAdmissions.
The Local Authority 'Starting School' booklet is a complete guide to the process and is available in schools and libraries during the autumn term. It can also be accessed online at lbhf.gov.uk/schooladmissions.
If your child has an elder sibling in our school or your child attends our Nursery it does not automatically give your child a place in our Reception. You need to apply.

To apply for a place for a child during the academic year, please visit In-year Admissions or contact LBHF on 020 8753 1085 (9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday).
